As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve day-to-day, our top priority during this time is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, and community. 

At Mayoulove, taking care of each other is important to us. We have therefore taken new measures to ensure that you have peace of mind when receiving your orders.

When can I expect to receive my package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:

Shipments (Worldwide):

Order processing: 1~4 days

Once your order is processed you will receive a shipment notification with tracking number. 

Is my order packaged and handled under all COVID-19 safety regulations?

Our shipping center has distributed personal protective gear, such as masks and gloves and implemented enhanced cleaning during order packing. There are constant temperature checks to ensure the picking and packing teams' health and safety. We can promise every order is handled responsibly.
