About Shipping
We only ship to addresses verified through PayPal or provided at checkout for credit card payments. Please ensure your address details are accurate before finalizing your payment. If you need to modify your address, please contact us via email within 12 hours of placing your order. To protect the security of your funds, orders with shipping addresses that differ from the billing addresses on your credit card or PayPal account may be declined.

We currently support shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Please note that we do not ship to other regions at this time.

Packet loss or postponement:
If a package is lost or not delivered within 30 days, we will either resend the package or arrange a refund within 7 days of the claim being made.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
